GEOs and pricing
Currently: Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Krasnodar, plus one city each in Belarus, Brazil, Germany, Latvia, South Africa, Thailand and Uruguay. Missing a GEO? New locations deploy on request within two weeks. Plans run 3 to 180 days: 3 days in Russia — $4, a month — $25, half a year — $120.

Caveats
The GEO list is modest so far and leans heavily toward Russia — for mass Tier-1 campaigns (US, Western Europe) the choice is thin, though the deploy-on-request option partly cures it. QIWI among payment methods is a relic — check current options with support.
